  • Where is this store based?

ARMY MERCH GIFT SHOP is based in the US and Asia. 

     

    SHIPPING

    • What are your shipping cost & times?

    Please check our shipping page for the shipping cost information.

    Usually, we process your orders within 2-5 business days and the deliveries take  3-10 business days (can take up to 10 business days or more) for express shipping. However, shipping times also depend on what you purchased and/or where you live! 

       

    • Will I be able to track my order?

    Yes, once your order has been shipped we'll update you with a tracking number. A link to the tracking page will be supplied through the shipment email. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page. 

     

    • My order isn't here yet, what's up?

    Shipping times vary based on a number of things including logistics, weather, customs. Contact Us if your order hasn't arrived within 15-20 business days so we can figure out what's happening.

    If it's been less than 10 days, your package may be still in transit, so please give it a little more time for it to arrive at your door. 

     

    RETURNS/EXCHANGES

    • What is your Return Policy?

    Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please note only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale/discounted items cannot be refunded. If an item is bought using a discount code it is not eligible for a cash refund.

    • Do you allow exchanges?
    Sure, they follow the same rules as our returns.

     

    PAYMENT

    • What are my payment options?

    We accept PayPal and all types of Credit Cards.  

    • Is my information safe?

    Of course it is! All your payment information is encrypted and processed through Paypal, the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. The only information we store is your name, email, and address for obvious reasons. 

     

    • The price changed at checkout, what's up?

    This is a common questions for customers who have changed store currency (USD) to their currency. When you enter the checkout, the prices will be converted back into US Dollars.

    Rest assure that the price is the same no matter what currency is.

     

    OTHER

    • Why did I get a different size from what I ordered?

    I'm afraid the short answer for this question is that you didn't. It is very important that you carefully check the measurements on the product page before you determine which size to order as some clothing from our suppliers are marked for Asian size. You can find the size chart of each product on the product page which provides the detailed measurements of the product. Please make sure you check it before determine the size. 

     

    • I want to cancel my order. What should I do?

    Please note that if the order is already processed, we may not be able to cancel your order.

     

    • Why did I receive a refund/partial refund? 

    Sometimes we automatically issue refunds to you due to shipping delays, depleted stocks or other issues with shipping and delivery. We will refund you via the original manner in which you paid for the relevant order. Unfortunately, we cannot direct refunds to different accounts or payment methods.

     

    • What if I need to make a change to my order?

    You received your confirmation email and noticed that there is something wrong with your shipping address or the item, color or size is wrong? Contact us (support@armymerchgiftshop.com) immediately so we can help you fix it. (If the order is already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes as requested.)
