We make use of a premium shipping service known as ePacket (which is delivered by UPS First Class delivery service). ePacket delivery gives customers end-to-end tracking at no additional cost, allowing them to easily monitor and locate their package on official websites.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $65 are granted FREE SHIPPING. For orders under $65 there is a $7.95 fee in order to cover the shipping costs.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on the destination of the package, customs, holidays, and other delays, shipping times can vary. On average a package can take 10-25 days to arrive from the date of shipment.
It’s important to consider that this is pretty fast considering the amount of packages that are processed in bulk every day along the way to the destination, as well as the amount of stops one package goes through. Fortunately, all of this can be easily monitored thanks to the tracking service.
How do I track my order?
Once an order is placed with us, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to track your purchase at every step of the shipping process.
Payments
BTS Army Gift Shop makes sure to provide you with secure and SAFE payments. You can pay with PayPal or with Shopify Payments. Our shop is SSL and AES-256 Bit is secured to keep all of your information private and anonymous. Your details are safe and third-parties have no access.

PayPal is the easiest way to make payments online. Once you have finished adding products to your cart, you may proceed to checkout and use the PayPal option. Shopify Payments
Shopify Payments is a secure payment software which allows individuals and businesses to receive payments over the Internet. Stripe provides the technical, fraud prevention, and banking infrastructure required to operate online payment systems.
You have the option to pay with your Visa, Master Card or American Express card, just simply enter your details and Shopify will do the rest.
